Precision mechanical works
Siera realizes on tubes, sheets, section bars and drawn products a full range of metal processes and treatments. The cutting and bending services are either manual or automatic and they are possible on every kind of materials and sections, in particular on tubing of small diameters. The satinizing process (dry or wet) is carried out automatically both on straight and bended pieces. Manual or semi-automatic TIG welding is used to ensure high quality products. Siera also produces a wide range of mechanical elements, following a design or a sample.

- It is realized manually or automatically, according to customers’ requirements. It is possible on every kind of materials and sections (square, round, rectangular and oval)

- We bend manually or automatically all kind of materials and sections. In particular we are able to work drawn tubes, which can be raw, with or without welding and of small diameters (such as Ø3x0.5 – Ø5x2 - Ø7x1.5 – Ø9x1.3).

- Carried out automatically, this process can be dry or wet and it can be realized both on straight or bended pieces with round, square, rectangular, oval or irregular section.
